The Alachua County Health Promotion and Wellness Coalition will be hosting an exciting Town Hall event on Thursday, November 14th from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Gainesville High School. During the event, we will be discussing the truth about vaping and alcohol among youth with Keynote Speaker, Roderick Cunningham, who serves communities through his youth empowerment and DEA 360 programs. Afterward, there will be informational sessions about alcohol (Alicia Baker from UF GatorWell and a speaker from Alcoholics Anonymous) as well as vaping (Jennifer Gavrilko and Shannon Prieto from Hanley Foundation).

At this event, there will be a free meal served and door prizes will include gift cards from the Cheesecake Factory, Domino's and Whole Foods. Before the event, we will also have a Community Resource Fair at 5:30 pm with information from various community organizations. If your agency would like to participate in this Resource Fair, please let us know. We look forward to seeing you there!
